Buttery Yeast Rolls

These are the best rolls ever. They would go great with Thanksgiving Dinner. I found this recipe on food.com

Ingredients:
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup warm milk
1 egg
1/3 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1 package dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoon)
1/4 cup melted butter for brushing on rolls

Place all ingredients except the 1/4 cup melted butter into bread machine. Select the dough cycle and start machine. When the dough is done shape dough into balls and place in buttered pan. I just threw my dough in the pan, but if you roll them in nice little balls they will come out very pretty.

Take some of the melted butter and brush it over the tops of rolls, saving the excess for brushing on after baking. Cover and let rise in a warm place about 1-2 hours, or until double in bulk.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. Brush baked rolls with remaining butter.
After baking you can freeze these rolls and when you are ready to serve just warm them in a 250 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
